Gail B. Rice

    Gail B. Rice is a co-founder of Rice & Rice with her husband J. Roger Rice. With an extensive background in litigation that pre-dates the firm; Mrs. Rice specializes in personal injury, criminal and matrimonial matters in the Westchester and New York City metropolitan areas. She balances her work at Rice & Rice with her duties at the New Rochelle City Court, where she has been serving as an Acting Judge since 1996.
    Gail is the recipient of numerous awards and honors from many entities such as the united States House of Representatives, the New York State Bar Association, County of Westchester and the NAACP, Mrs. Rice is active in community and civic associations. Presently she serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the New Rochelle Bar Association.
